BMI by itself tells us nothing. Other than your weight is considered disproportionate to your height.

But that could be related to muscle mass, not necessarily fat. For my height I would need to 179 lbs. I haven't weighed that since I was in early high school. I was heavier than that when I graduated, but I was also swimming every day and lifting weights.
