From what I know you want to get the oven as hot as possible. I wish I could get my oven to be hotter than 450F.

I use a pizza steel and a pizza stone to create a bit of a hot box situation in my oven. It works pretty well but the pizza would be better if I had an oven that could get up to like 700+F
