Loki died. So, if you include Vision, you should add him IMO. The same statement applies to Groot and Gamora.

All the versions we have now of these characters are different from the ones we initially had in the MCU.

Peggy Carter died of old age. I think she counts at least as much as Coulson if not more.

Quicksilver joined at the same time as his sister. So, he should be in there.

Finally, if Eternals count, Ajak and Gilgamesh make the list. Maybe Ikaris would as well, but I'm pretty sure he was fired by then.
