Kiper usually doesn't know what rumor/issue/problem that makes prospects drop in the draft.

He sticks to his board (which is good), but a lot of times he doesn't know the big problem that made big names drop.
I don't know if there's a big issue that's a red flag for Jermaine Johnson, but usually when defensive players drop at the end like this, there's a reason.
