trying to make a vet appointment, i should be able to do it online.
I am at work and i don't want to have to make the call where others can hear.
Online is just spinning and has been for two days.
I do the online chat option, ask if they can book as i can't get the site to book.
They ask a million questions about my name, my pet, symptoms. I ask, more than once, 'you will be able to book this? if the vet is just going to call me, i will call them myself later." just keep asking questions.
ends with "i will have the office call you asap to book an appointment."

Companies Outsource their Online Chat support which makes it worse. When you're talking to a frontend service, not a company employee. - budice Apr 29, 11:21 2
