spamlet, Get the Monash FODMAP app, It makes it easy to work out what you can have and how much.

In terms of results. I saw improvements in 2 weeks.

So far I have cleared 2 groups to start eating them again. Hopefully I can clear everything but fructan in the next month or 2.

The app has some snack ideas in it. but plain potatoes chips and corn chips will probably be ok.

It isn't meant to be a long term diet just one to get you settled and better able to work out the foods or groups of food that trigger issues.
