ST Poll - How many smoke detectors do you have in your house?

7. one in each of the four bedrooms and in the second floor hall, one in the basement, one on the main floor. Have been meaning to add one in the kitchen as well since it was redone, but haven’t gotten around to it. They’ve been set off more frequently by humidity/dust than smoke.

5 I think. 1 in each bedroom, 1 outside the laundry closet which is right outside the master bed, but only one downstairs which is a little strange.

four: basement, dining room, attic, bedrooms. you could argue that I should have a fifth, but due to layout, I don't have anywhere I could put it
