like, i know people love their dogs.. but if your dog was not fixed (and running around loose or even just staked out on a rope tether), isn't housebroken, and doesn't have a tag... should you really get it back? we'll scan for a chip, but my guess is she is not chipped given everything else. she's also not pedigreed, she's just a little mutt dog, there's no reason to breed her.
maybe that's asshole thinking and someone is really missing her, but that's such negligence on so many levels.
am i wrong, or should i do everything in my power to get the dog back to its owner?
