The fine print disclosures on that site are a mess, and I can’t figure out what they actually do with your money, so, I’m out. :)

I’m assuming Interest is capitalized because it’s the name of the program, not a representation that it’s actually paying you interest, which it isn’t, and APY doesn’t actually stand for annual percentage yield, except it’s referenced explicitly as such on other pages.
