Not that I think there's any chance of traction in real life, but I'm surprised I haven't heard clamoring to impeach Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett

based on their lying to Congress that they viewed Roe as settled law. Again, I don't think they would be, but I'm surprised I haven't really even seen it raised.

It very much can be read that way, though it clearly was in context misleading. My point is more that I hear a lot of people arguing that they lied,
