Like no local bank at all? Or just not one you have an account at? Can you do it at a bank you don't have an account? If not, maybe a store or theate

r. I still keep seeing signs about coin shortages around here. Not sure if they were just never taken down or what. Businesses may be willing to buy them to have the change if it's rolled.
