hdl/ldl - good
triglycerides - 319 (should be 150) How is it my cholesterol levels are "good", but this is twice what it should be?
Responses:
From what I see - hdl/ldl is the cholesterol ratio. Can be high, but the ratio can still be good. Triglycerides are based on fat levels. -- nm
