I think it fundamentally comes down to at what point you consider a fetus a person.

It’s accepted that you can’t kill innocent people. So if you consider the fetus a person at conception or heartbeat or whatever, that’s the point abortion should be outlawed. That includes rape and incest because the person is innocent. The only time it would be acceptable is if the mother’s life is in danger.
