how have I never heard of this crime before?

I was making a quip about there better not be any male gay pics in our house. SM said "that is the thing, if you die suddenly and any gay pics are found,they would be YOURS.' He said the police would never believe him. I said " my friends know I like gay pr0n, you will stay out of jail".
