Olsen said they intentionally left it vague in case they wanted to fill in the blanks later.

Wanda isn't wearing a wedding ring but has two children who look just like the ones from WandaVision. So, the implication is that Vision is the father but isn't around now

Olsen indicated that they didn't dive any deeper into the backstory than that, just played it like she was a happy and excellent single mother.
