LIR: David. Solar Production. My quote guarantees about 9k kWh annual production. I don't have good usage numbers for my house but my projected bill -- (edited)

this month is $92. We've used 216 kWh this billing period (17 of 30/31 days) so I'm guessing we will use about 500 kWh this month at current projection.

Now, however, we've had the AC on for 1 day. I've charged my car for 2-3 days. My usage so far translates to 6k kWh per year. Again, my production is guaranteed to be 9k kWh. I'm taking an educated guess that charging my EV every night + AC (peak usage in the summer) is going to be under the 750 kWh per month that my system is supposed to produce. That will let me build up credits to be used in the winter when the production falls. I believe my car charging is about 19.2 kWh per day (576 per month)

If I find my usage is too much, I have plenty of roof space to add more panels. I just didn't want to overshoot the system either because the overage is only held for 1 year and then it expires every April.
