Lufthansa’s having a bad quarter, I guess. Two YouTube travelers shit all over their service in videos from Feb. and Apr.

Apparently there’s a ratings service (although their impartiality is questionable) called Skytrax that has given Lufthansa a 5-star rating (the only 5-star European airline). So while we might object to the snobbiness of the reviews from the YouTubers, we have to accept that such a rating for someone in business class should warrant gourmet meals and top tier service. Evidently, neither of these things were present. Not clear what’s going on here. It’s only two reviews, sure. But you’d expect them to put their best foot forward every time when you’re paying thousands of dollars for a plane ticket.
