Can you summarize the complaints?

(I have not yet flowing Luftshana long haul but am due to later this year)

I'm curious if it's along the lines of:
- food wasn't cooked
- flight attendants were rude
- seats were broken

OR
- They didn't have Monet which is my preferred champagne
- The dessert was served on the same tray as my meal
- I was recognized by the status level when they took my meal order

The category 2 whiners get on my nerves

(I just finished reading a review of a Residence Inn where the person complained that the free breakfast used paper plates :/ )
