After Old Man's War (which was also terrible as I recall, though I don't specifically recall why I thought so - I just remember it was), KPS was his "another chance."

There's no plot. There's no characters. There's no well described setting. There's no dramatic build-up or tension. Thing just happen cause they have to happen. People just figure things out all of a sudden because they need to at that moment. (There IS an occasional funny line.)

It's garbage.
