In response to "Is it the case that No Way Home won't land on streaming before Multiverse does? -- nm" by Beryllium

Program. Sony doesn’t have a direct to streaming pipeline. Studios like Disney, Universal, and Paramount are liking that 45 day window.

It gets their movies into streaming ASAP and gives their streaming services that luster that they feel will earn them subscribers. For Sony movies, it’s more of onsie-twosie distribution. Whoever pays them the most gets their movies (I’m looking at you, Amazon). And so Sony is happy to keep their movies in theaters for as long as they can bleed it. HELL, I still don’t know where I’m supposed to stream No Time to Die!
