It's about 1/10 the cost per kilo to orbit as it was a decade ago.

A Soyuz seat cost between $80-90 million for the most recent launches.

No doubt that SpaceX is somewhat subsidizing astronaut launches with its ISS cargo missions and commercial payloads to orbit, but the cost to the US taxpayer is quite a bit lower since SpaceX entered the game.
