Making any claims on the health of the overall market from it or even Netflix's health is folly.
It's bad data collection (has been since the 80s) that only looks at a portion of the market done in way that serves Disney (splitting the charts up to movies/originals, and making it all about minutes watched) more than any other streaming service.
You're judging everything by a top 10 when there's tens of thousands of shows out there with about a hundred or more released each week. The top 10, even if it were accurate, is just a tiny fraction of the overall viewing audience. This isn't box office where the top 10 represents almost all of the money made. The top 10 shows are just a sliver of the overall viewing done.
To wit, if you look at Netflix's market share for April, it was 6.6% for April. Same as it was in March. It's been pretty consistent since the Gauge has come out.
