fuck yes it's negative.
And I am not 'disappointed." I'm infuriated.
If you aren't infuriated you're numb.
and, to be clear, this doesn't really happen where i live, so hearing the fucking excuses across the border as to why it's inevitable is beyond reason.
I don't live in 'dread', because i am not likely to have someone open fire on me with a semi automatic weapon anytime soon.
