I don't think Third Sister knows that Leia is Amidala's daughter. As far as she knows, Obi-wan is helping Bail because they are known to be friends.
Just saying - Leia will continue to be a thorn in Vader's side, but I'm not sure he ever finds out she's his daughter (unless I'm misremembering the originals)
