this is that really all great athletes have genetic advantages. Michael Phelps has abnormally long arms, big feet and his body produces half the lactic acid that most people do. Those are all huge advantages and they are generally celebrated. An athletic 7 footer has an advantage over an equally athletic 6'9" center in basketball. This isn't to denigrate the hard work and skill involved, but not everyone can play in the NBA or the NFL no matter how much they work at it. So I'm not sure how it's different. It does feel different, but I'm not sure that it's just decades of prejudice on the issue. This has been raised about cisgender females who produce abnormally high amounts of testosterone. Where is the line?
