Interesting. But, in my opinion, he entirely whiffed it on Oregon.

Bend is overrated if anything, at least in the Pacific Northwest.

I'd put Ashland, Baker City, Pendleton, or La Grande as most underrated. Not "best," mind you, but criminally overlooked cities in some of the best parts of Oregon.
