Those aren't missiles but instead laser guided bombs. So they have the ability to steer via aerodynamic controls but it's only gravity and initial velocity from the drop that 'moves' them.
hmmm...though at the same time, I guess those aerodynamic controls do give those bombs the ability to fly something other than a simple ballistic path or straight line
