I had to do the same thing.


Took a day or two, but then I finally realized that COVID offered the perfect excuse to not set an alarm clock or keeping a schedule.

I just went to bed when I was tired, slept when I was sleepy, ate when I was hungry, and forgot everything else. If I wasn't tired, sleepy, or hungry, I would find something to do, but I'll bet I spent about 20 hours a day for the next three days just lying prone or snacking.

Woke up the next day just like you did.
