ComiCon, Vidcon, etc... that kind of stuff.... it's hung, multi-day events in convention centers the size of multiple warehouses. In this alt-reality, they're held in a small warehouse for a couple of hours with people in cheezy home-made costumes in a barracks on a former military base.
