I imagine what happened was Monkeypox attended a circuit party. That's a world class event that draws lusty boys from everywhere.

People do their thing, take it home, do more of their thing, and there you go.
It's disappointing that it's being used as was HIV, but of course it is.
It's equally disappointing that gay guys think PreP is all the need. Monkeypox notwithstanding.
