This boat is a bit unkempt and old (same age and model as the co-op's boat, in fact). But it has a good name and good moorage.

Might be a tad overpriced. But if I bought it, it would only be a 15 minute bike ride away.
(This is quite possibly the worst possible reason to make a boat purchase choice, except for the most exclusive of areas.)

The next-closest marina is about an hour further away by bike, but half the moorage cost.
