Gonna have to figure this one out. Daughter's room at the new house is currently 6 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. -- (edited)

Boyfriend and sister are visiting for a week so needless to say they aren't all hanging out with us in the great room the whole day. I have one of those nest remote sensors in her room. Of course, she wants it colder but while it is 69 in the rest of the house (that's actually getting sun) it is hotter in her room
No idea why. Vents all seem to be working. Her room is at the front of the house but not in direct sunlight. She's been complaining about this since she got home from school but weather has been nicer.

Poor insulation? The room I sleep in at my dad's is noticeably warmer/colder depending on the season. And the closet in there is even worse.
