Poor insulation? The room I sleep in at my dad's is noticeably warmer/colder depending on the season. And the closet in there is even worse.

The builder said nothing was wrong, but there is definitely a difference. But's also a corner room at the front of the house with 3 walls that are exterior so no insulation from the rest of the house.
