You'd think that would incentivize legacy builders to actually build EVs. They keep claiming that they will, and I hope they do.

But their experience building ICE is NOT the leg up they think it is. So far their entries are plagued with problems.
I *want* them to succeed, but I'm not terribly confident that most will.
