Absolutely essential to mass adoption of EVs. The charging stations are along routes people travel instead of buried

Tesla pays property owners or buys property to own for all their Supercharges.
They will also do the same for urban superchargers and destination chargers.
Destination chargers tend to be cost sharing or help with installation costs, but the land and chargers are owned by the destination business.
