The defense attorney later said this was his first trial. I thought the procucting attorney was better in terms of speaking and such however her case
|
sucked. But she was a better presenter, speaking then the defense. Also more aggressive, which I didn't think to be a good thing here.
She called the dude driving at 5 mph "road rage" which all the jury laughed at in deliberation.
