It was at his house. A few years ago he was convicted on a battery charge and was required to get rid of the gun. He didn't.

If the cops would have found the gun in the car, then we would have found him guilt on the other counts. But the cops sort of dropped the ball. They only eyed the car the first day. So we didn't know if he really had a guy or didn't when the incident with the construction guy happened.
