I've lived there as well! :P It's much nicer now BTW, there's a decent grocery store finally!

Yeah, the surprise renovation on a 1910 house is a worry, but we calculated putting a fair amount aside each month. Plus there's been 2 inspections in the last 3 years (We're buying from people who realized they couldn't stand being too close to each during COVID :P)
