But the only part I have a clear vision of is the bottom panel in each column.
Left column: An elephant in a military beret is at the door of a woman holding twins, indicating that he's here to take them.
Right column: An elephant in a police uniform is at the door of a gun hoarder who is holding two guns, and the elephant is indicating that he's here to take them.
The caption: "Thank you for your service. We'll be taking those now."
