They are still MPs, just resigned their cabinet posts, so would sit with the back bench MPs. Question is will Boris also resign as MP.

In most cases prime minister's that resign also quit being as MP which would mean a by election in his constituency Uxbridge and South Ruislip. He got 25k votes there not 14 million.
