I'm a little confused as to what you're asking, so apologizes if this comes off as over explaining

they're MPs, representing a particular area, like a CD. They nominally belong to a party although once they're elected they can quit a party and sit as an independent to the end of their term. If they're chosen as a minister by the PM, that's separate from their duties as an MP and they "serve at the pleasure of". They can resign or be sacked from their minister job but that doesn't affect their status as an MP. They could also "have the whip removed" which is effectively being kicked out of the party, although that's rare, and still doesn't make them not an MP. Resigning as a minster or being replaced usually doesn't affect someone running again as an MP unless it's a personal scandal.
