i'm scared of dying in a hospital.. i don't want that, i want to die in some sort of comfort or peace. i know we don't always get a choice

but i'd probably refuse treatment if something was terminal and forgo the extra time to go out on my own terms at home in a haze of drugs. or in a field holding a lightning rod, i guess, is a new plan.
