oh, nice loophole. Well, I don't have turky bacon, but I just looked at my turkey pepperoni and it's not kosher.

Can't anything (pork excluded) be made kosher simply by having a Rabbi bless it during it's preparation?

It can't be kosher unless a Rabbi makes it so. However, kosher is about much more than pork. -- nm
