This isn’t Bezos’s problem. If those guys can’t deliver the super yachts they build, then they’re out of business.

Maybe manufacturing yachts in the middle of a city wasn’t such a good idea. It’s like building airplanes in a factory without a runway. Picking on “the poor little billionaire” is good fun, but this is a systemic problem for the manufacturer.
