· What makes a meeting productive? - Based on the productivity training around here, its having an efficient agenda, moving topics to separate discussions (like if David failed to prep his work before the meeting, accept the answer, state a follow-up meeting is needed for later, and then work to update the agenda/schedule).
· What makes a meeting unproductive? - No agenda. Getting bogged down in topics which should be an external discussion. placing blame.
· Do you prefer to lead the meeting? Why or why not? - Nope.
· What steps should be taken post-meeting? - Summarize results and expectations, send out to everyone involved. follow-up reminders, and set the next meeting.
