What do you like to know before a meeting?
Agenda/Topics to be covered/do I need to prep?
· What makes a meeting productive?
Collaboration, action plans, feedback
· What makes a meeting unproductive?
Meeting just to meet. Repeating the same stuff we've heard before but in a different way. People getting off topic. Complaining.
· Do you prefer to lead the meeting? Why or why not?
If it's my meeting, sure!
· What steps should be taken post-meeting?
Follow up email or other communication with action items
