· What makes a meeting productive?
clear actionable items come out of the results, and those items are recorded somewhere (not just talked about, but put in an email or documented somewhere for follow up).
· What makes a meeting unproductive?
if nothing was gained by a majority of the participants. "Gained" can be knowledge, actions, tasks, etc.
· Do you prefer to lead the meeting? Why or why not?
No, but I am usually comfortable if I need to.
· What steps should be taken post-meeting?
Follow Ups with dates/due-dates. Someone is responsible for those follow ups (can be the leader or someone that is appointed to follow up).
