They're stuck because even though everyone knows it's wrong, to be logically consistent they have to make the 10-year-old have the baby.

The argument is that abortion = killing babies. Once you're there, you can't allow exceptions beyond saving the life of the mother. Otherwise the fetus did nothing wrong regardless of how it got there, including rape, so you can't "kill the baby."
Once they allow for exceptions for rape, the entire basis of their argument falls apart.
