that's something a vegetarian would say (i know, i've done it enough, also grilled a salad...)

which is totally a thing, you pour oil on a wedge, say romaine that's fairly tight. a restaurant would dip the whole thing into a jug of EVOO. grill till it chars a bit, and drizzle with balsamic. its pretty good, a pinch of rosemary for flavor
