Nice. My dad had a strange PSA thing ...

Probably around 20 years ago, he has an elevated test level. They did a biopsy and it came back as positive. Subsequent tests have been negative.

Was the first test a false positive *and* the biopsy was falsely seen as positive?

Did he have a small cancer and it spontaneously went into remission?

Did he have some cancer but they just happened to cut out that bit during the biopsy?
